Services nao to my expectations. No coffee machine, no dish soap , no dish sponge, no kitchen paper towel, no drinking water fountain by the pool. Although it is a multinational company, cannot compare to American hotels. Services are ver mean.

The place is very beautiful and organized, what leaves something to be desired is the kitchen part of the apartment. It lacks a lot of utensils (I also missed a small stove) as there are in other resorts, I thought this one would have it too. Very uncomfortable sofa bed and it also bothers the salespeople behind us offering too many products/services.

Excellent resort. Very quiet, clean and tidy place. Very good service and friendly people. The apartments are very clean and tidy, they also have excellent space for 4 (I stayed in the 4-person room) or 6 people. The resort has an excellent area for children (with supervision and lifeguards) and also programming during the day, which means you can enjoy several things within the resort. The low point is the number of people trying to offer you a company package. They are unfortunately located in certain common areas of the resort, including the restaurant. This is very boring. Still, the positive points outweigh the negative and I recommend the place.
